Ode to J.U.G.S Nights...
A close girlfriend of mine a little over 10 years ago introduced me to JUGS...Just Us GirlS! I carried on this tradition in every sense of the meaning. I have had many girlfriends come and go, but those that are true friends will always be there. This includes petty fights and all the bullshit!!
Having girls that are by your side and support that what you may be going through is only a phase and we all change is golden. Far to often girls are worried or concerned about silly issues that end potentially great friendships if you don't stick together.
The First rule is to honour yourself!
By honouring yourself and treating yourself with respect, you set the stage up for others to treat you with respect.
